At the end of each Arkansas Legislative General Session, the lawmakers have the option to refer up to three constitutional amendments for Arkansans to vote on in the upcoming election.
This year, legislators narrowed their choices from a batch of 43 proposals. Kristin Netterstrom Higgins, program associate at the Public Policy Center at the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture, joins Ozarks at Large's Matthew Moore to discuss the three selected by the legislature.
