The Arkansas Administrative Office of the Courts honored Faulkner County Circuit Clerk Crystal Taylor and her team with an excellence in data quality award during the annual Arkansas Court Automation Programs (ACAP) conference.

"My staff and I are very excited to receive this award," Taylor said. "The data we provide ensures the safety of our community and our law enforcement officers. Our office will continue to provide the most accurate data to all those agencies concerned."

Taylor, who accepted the award for accuracy and reporting of arrest track numbers during the closing session of the conference on July 27, thanked Sheriff Tim Ryals and his staff in addition to her own. The Faulkner County Sheriff's Office Warrant and Booking Department assisted the clerk's office.

"I would like to thank the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office for partnering with us in this endeavor as we could not have done it without their assistance," she said.

ACAP provides technical support to courts statewide by making information available to the public and helping develop online court-related services. READ MORE.
